If you give us personal information in order to receive information from us, we collect and store that information. That information enables us to fulfil your information request.

Data collection and use
When you request information or advice through this site, we may need to know some personal information about you. When emailing us, or subscribing for free news or information we need your e-mail address, name and other limited personal identifiers, typically name and contact number.

If we require sensitive personal data then we will ensure that the collection and use is in strict accordance with the “applicable legislation” principles of data protection and data privacy. We will need to inform your general practitioner and/or nominated pharmacy of the issue of a private prescription, the personal information included would be your name, address, date of birth and medication prescribed.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All payments are administered by worldpay, customers are automatically directed to their web site for payments and redirected back upon completion.



We will endeavour to send our reply to you by email within 48 hours of order being received whenever possible, however, we cannot guarantee this service during busy times. At busy times our delivery may extend beyond our preferred maximum timescale, should you have not received your order within 48 hours, please email us at stating your case number to ensure we have received the order.



The online consultation fee is £65.00.

A private prescription, for upto a maximum treatment period of one month will be included if the doctor deems it necessary.


Refund/Cancelation Policy

To request a refund or cancel an order, please email stating the reason for your request, refunds and cancellations can be requested any time prior to delivery of the product or service. Refund requests made after our completion of the service will be considered when application stating the reasons for refund request is made in writing within 14 days to Dr J Ashworth, 3 Robins Lane. Bramhall. Stockport. SK7 2PE. If a refund is granted, this will be processed within 3 days.
